We are glad that you have chosen "Royal SPA Residence" for your rest. We aim to ensure a calm, comfortable and high-quality rest for you.
1. Leave outdoor clothes and shoes in the hotel room or in the cloakroom. If you are wearing outdoor shoes, use overshoes.
2. We recommend hotel guests to visit the spa center wearing bathrobes and non-slip rubber slippers. If needed, slippers and bathing suits can be purchased at the spa reception.
3. The spa center is a place of peace and relaxation, please do not make noise, do not use mobile phones, respect the rest and peace of other guests.
4. Information about spa center procedures and other activities will be provided by the administrators.
5. Keep to the times specified in the spa programs, do not be late. For procedures and exercises, you must arrive 3-5 min. earlier.
6. If you have health problems or are currently expecting a baby, inform the administrators before ordering the procedures.
7. Ordered spa procedures can be canceled at least 3 hours before the time of the procedure, without notification or cancellation, you undertake to pay the full price of the service.
8. Parents or other persons accompanying them are responsible for the safety of minors in the spa center.
9. We recommend following the following rules in the pool and sauna area:

It is forbidden to visit intoxicated persons;

It is forbidden for minors to visit without a responsible person;

It is forbidden to bring food and drinks;

Take a shower before entering the pool area;

Children under the age of 3 must wear waterproof diapers (if necessary, they can be purchased at the reception of the spa center);

It is forbidden to jump into the pool water and dive;

It is forbidden to pour water on stones and use body scrubs in saunas.

We recommend leaving your belongings in the lockers in the changing rooms, and leaving the locker key in the designated area in the pool area;

We recommend that you wear flip-flops during the entire visit, you must wear a bathing suit, and comb your hair properly.
