INTERNAL RULES

• Service prices are published on the website www.royal-spa.lt. The hotel has the right to change the list of available services or their prices without prior notice.

• Individuals can pay in cash (EUR) or bank credit cards. For invoicing, please inform the hotel reception during check-in.

• During registration, when filling out and signing the registration card, the Guest must present an identity document.

• Only registered and paid persons can live and spend the night in a hotel room.

• Arrival of individual guests at the hotel from 15:00, departure until 12:00. (groups leave before 11 a.m.).

• Full responsibility for the health, safety, appropriate behavior and compliance with these rules of children under 16 and disabled persons staying at the hotel is assumed by parents or accompanying adults. Children up to 16 years and disabled persons are admitted to the swimming pool only when accompanied by adult persons who supervise them, who are responsible for their safety and life. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to exercise in the gym. Children between the ages of 14 and 16 can exercise in the gym without their parents, but their parents assume full responsibility for their children, their behavior and any injury to their health.

• For your safety, video surveillance cameras are installed in the common areas of the hotel.

• Guests with animals are not accepted in the hotel.

• For your own peace of mind, please leave your valuables in the hotel safe located at the reception. The hotel is not responsible for items left by guests.

• Material liability is provided for the damage caused (assessed by the hotel administration).

• For intentionally causing a fire hazard - pressing a button, disassembling or damaging fire detectors - a fine of 200 EUR.

• For your own convenience, if you notice technical or equipment malfunctions, please notify the hotel reception at tel. 607 and defects will be immediately removed.

• Royal SPA Residence hotel - non-smoking area. We kindly ask you to smoke only in designated areas. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and balconies. If this requirement is not met, a fee of EUR 60 per day is required from the guest for additional cleaning of the room. means.

• Please return the key to the hotel administrator upon departure. If you lose your key, we will add a key production fee of 15 EUR to your account.

• There are no refunds for unused in-app services.

• Rooms are cleaned daily from 9 am to 6 pm. and when the guest is not in the room. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes are changed every 3 days. If requested more often, the service is paid, the price is EUR 6.

• From 11 p.m. until 6 o'clock in the hotel - quiet time. Please respect the rest of your neighbors. If something disturbs your rest, inform the hotel reception at tel. 607.

• Emergency Assistance (GMP) - first level service - free of charge. Call no. 112 or contact the reception at tel. 607.

• The hotel has the right not to admit or not serve persons under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances, persons whose behavior may disturb the general order, pose a danger to the safety and hygiene of themselves or other Guests, or contradict the norms of behavior accepted in society. In this case, the money will not be refunded.

• For a guest, until 2 p.m. if the room is not vacated and there is no possibility to contact him, or when the guest does not maliciously pay for the services provided and does not vacate the room at the request of the administration - the administration reserves the right to move the items in the room to the premises kept by the hotel.

• Items left at the hotel are stored for 3 months, then destroyed.

• The hotel administration reserves the right to enter the room occupied by hotel guests to ensure security.

• It is forbidden to go to the spa center with outdoor shoes. In the spa, it is mandatory to have slippers suitable for wearing in wet rooms. The spa is an area of relaxation and tranquility - so please leave mobile phones in the room.

• You can cancel the spa treatment reservation no later than 3 hours. before the start of the procedure. If you do not arrive on time for the procedure and do not notify in advance, the money will not be refunded.
